Sarah (*name changed for privacy), a teacher friend, can easily identify kids in her classroom who are old souls: They're the ones who feel things deeply, display extreme compassion and wisdom, or are a touch moodier than their peers. "I feel that a person who has an old soul often has an innate understanding of how the universe works," she says. Life can seem harder for these kids, but Sarah also finds "they often have a deep center that is unflappable no matter what the circumstances are around them." The old souls in her classroom tend to have incredible emotional tools—far beyond what you'd expect for their age. (Looking for more ways to live a happy, healthy life? Order Prevention—and get a FREE Yoga DVD when you subscribe today.)
One in five men indulge in self-love at least four times a week. But only 5% of women between the ages of 25 and 29 do the same, according to Indiana University's National Survey of Sexual Health and Behavior. And that's the group of women who solo sex themselves the most!

Waxing, trimming, shaving, choosing to go au natural—no matter what you do with your pubic hair, one thing is true: we all have opinions on what our hair down under should look like. The obsession has sparked numerous myths and insecurities about the best way to groom
A man shared photos online after b@ng!ng a big b@@ty Swahili lady and mafisi are going bonkers.

The well endowed Swahili lady from Mombasa seems to be a sumptuous meal, the type of ladies who need real bulls
City tattooist, Kimindiri, who recently caused a fuss on twitter after confessing that he has had s3x with over 500 ladies, has shared photos of his latest s3x escapade.

He shared photo of a yellow yellow lady he feasted on and the man has a taste for hot mamas.
Time flies. Time changes. Nothing remains the same. If it does, you should be scared. It’s unusual. That is life. Next time someone moves your cheese, please don’t scream. Just calmly look for it [and you will find it] then act like someone brand new.

For Lady Jaydee, 2014 could be another year for injecting changes. It could be a business strategy. Or it could be what gossip cops are hanging into it; love that isn’t love no more. Whatever the case, she has decided to “move on”. She has a new manager. His name is Webiro N. Wassira populary known as Wakazi.

Wakazi is an artist. He comes along as someone who has seen both worlds. A fella who grew up in Ukonga Dar-es-salaam before moving to US and discovered deeper his music roots and inspiration in Chicago [windy city and mecca of black race], he definitely carries in his cabinet something to offer. After all, music management is all about understanding how the industry works and high negotiation skills. He has been into it, he is into it and from what I know, he ain’t planning into going anywhere else anytime soon. His candidacy can be sealed with his eagerness to work hard [and play hard]. Everyone needs a manager who can balance that.

Before tapping Wakazi as her Manager, Lady JayDee aka Komando was managed for years by Gardner G. Habash, her husband of 9 years. Lately, there has been countless of rumors and reports that the two are no longer together. So far, none of them have been ready and available to confirm or dispute the rumors.

On management side, Wakazi’s first task will be to bring Lady JayDee back on stage in full swing as she is set to re-open what was formerly known as Nyumbani Lounge. It will now be called M.O.G Bar & Restaurant on 31st October 2014.

You can follow Wakazi on Twitter using @Wakazi and Lady JayDee @JideJayDee

Miss World Kenya Evelyn Njambi has come out to address the ongoing feud she has with Miss Tanzania Diana Edwards. The feud which began last year at the Miss World competition saw Diana accuse Evelyn of ‘theft’ among other things. Miss Tanzania could not agree with the results because she felt Evelyn had played dirty and this she made public in several media interviews.
Diana had complained about Evelyne who she accused of going behind her back and also copying some of her ideas, including a documentary on Female genital mutilation. Responding o Diana’s string of accusations ,Evelyne said Diana started beefing with her from way back when they were still in camp and that she did not do anything behind her back as alleged by the complainant.
“I heard her side of her story and I was shocked while we were in Washington..Funny thing, she started to feud with me at camp immediately I took fifth place and she did not seem happy about it so it brought friction between us. I did not do anything behind her back and on the long run I actually think it how you bring it out to the judges,” Evelyne said in an interview with a Kiss FM.

“It was a special moment for us to come together since we were all doing similar facts. As a matter of fact she should be happy and hope we could work on something in the future.”She added.
After arriving in Kampala last week, Huddah Monroe decided to get a little naughty in her hotel room and show her fans how her sponsors react when making love to her.

“Aphids attacked my melons and floods later swept away the crop, making me to suffer a huge loss. I had planted 500 seedlings of Sugar Baby variety but harvested nothing,” says Odhiambo, adding the pesticides such as Actara and Considor help eliminate aphids.
He abandoned growing melons for some years, but when he saw good returns other farmers in the area were enjoying, he decided to give it a try once again.
MELON FLY
“I consulted agriculture officers who advised me on how to prepare the farm and the best varieties suitable with the soil on my farm. I planted the 600 Raha F1 seedlings after attending a week’s training courtesy of a horticulture company.”
Upon harvest, Odhiambo earned Sh80,000 after getting 300 fruits and selling them in markets in the region, boosting his confidence in expanding the business on an additional one acre plot he had acquired.
In 2014 he planted 3,000 Sukari F1 seedlings, but he suffered another loss he estimates at about Sh150,000 due to melon fly attack. To date, he still struggles with the pest, losing fruits to it despite applying pesticides.
Unlike aphids, the female melon fly attacks young fruits, sucks the juice and breeds its eggs in the fruit, deforming and making it rot. “A single melon fly can lay up to 1,000 eggs in a fruit. Once it completes laying the white eggs in one fruit, it moves to the next,” says the farmer, noting constant spraying with Thunder and other chemical enables him fight off the pest and make some income.
Melon do well in warm areas, well-drained soils with minimal irrigation and mature in 75 days.
The farmer usually plants the seedlings he buys from agrovets in clear polythene tubes for eight days before transplanting to the open field. The seedlings are planted each a metre apart and he uses NPK fertiliser.
PHERONOME TRAPS
Odhiambo harvests the fruits when they hit between 6kg and 14kg, and sells at Sh25 a kilo to traders at Kibuye market in Kisumu town and others in Homa Bay and Migori counties.
Prof Paul Kimurto, a crops’ expert at Egerton University, explains that the melon fly is a huge threat to the fruit.
“Melon fly larvae cause watermelons to turn into a soft, mushy mess because of adult flies that have laid eggs in the flesh of ripening and ripe melons.”
Once the eggs are hatched, the larvae begin to feed within the fruit, causing it to ripen prematurely, rot and drop to the ground.
As a remedy, he suggests farmers can use pheromone traps suspended onto the fruit in the farm.
“The pheromone is a hydrolysed protein bait solution, which has amino and organic acids to attract melon flies inside the trap.
The flies then drown in the trap with no means of getting outside,” he says, noting, however, the traps may be hard to come by for rural farmers
